I have used every version of Netscape and found that 4.61 & 4.75 were the most stable. I have also found a Java problem with the later versions, and since switching to Windows XP am using Firefox and Internet Explorer 6. I am currently researching the problem with Java in Netscape. It only appears, to me, that it has a problem with banking web pages, where it shows an overlap of some of the gif's, jpg's. I hope this page provides you some help, as you use and become familiar with Netscape. |
